ABOUT ME

My passion for health and fitness started from a very young age, competing in both tennis and athletics at a county level. My coach at the time gave me a Strength and Conditioning programme to improve my athletic performance, which I quickly fell in love with.


I was blown away by the significant and rapid improvements in my strength, muscle mass, agility, co-ordination and speed, which hugely benefited my performance on both the court and the track. This passion eventually led me on to studying Sport and Exercise Science at University, in which I majored in Exercise Psychology and Strength, Power and Endurance training.


I’m passionate about working with individuals that want to transform their physiques, enhance their well-being and level up their lives.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I train my clients with purpose and intent during every session, giving them specific, measurable goals and ensuring that they are consistently beating their previous best! My programmes are designed to completely transform your physique, whilst tapping into and improving all three of your energy systems to ensure you both look and feel your best.


My aim is to decrease your risk of injury, improve your mobility, build muscle, strength and enhance aerobic capacity, whilst transforming your physique in the process. 


I have over 20 years of training experience, as well as a deep scientific understanding of exactly what it takes to achieve the best results possible. I integrate my knowledge of Exercise Psychology to help my clients maintain a laser focus on their goals, to eliminate unnecessary distractions and ultimately achieve their aspirations in the quickest time possible.

Although I knew I was strong from previous gym work he has worked with me to get me far stronger than I imagined possible and encouraged me to tackle more complex movements under heavy loading. A stickler for good technique and posture I feel completely safe when approaching something new.

I kept training with Jonny throughout COVID restrictions via Zoom and continued to make progress.
